do not allow spamming
Anyone caught or reported spamming will have there account
terminated and any monies held in account will be
forfeited. This
includes email, IRC, blog, ICQ/AOL/MSN instant messaging or chat room spamming.
Liability
We will not be held liable for any loss due to server
downtime, net congestions, or any other similar problems.
We reserve the right to cancel the program at any time. You
must be 18 years or over to participate in these programs.
Surfer forum sites
Webmasters with 'surfer forums' who's users use free hosting
services such as Rapid Share, Megarotic and the like will
have their account terminated if any of RegularCash.com full length content is
found on any of these surfer forums. This includes both movies and
images sets.
No spyware/adware promotion
The use of promoting RegularCash.com by installing any
spyware or adware is strictly forbidden. Any affiliate
who is caught or reported doing this will have their account terminated and
any monies held in account will be forfeited.
No links on password sites
We have the right to immediately, and without notice,
terminate your participation in the program if we, in our
sole and exclusive judgment, conclude that you use a illegal
password site to advertise RegularCash.com websites.
Fraudulent use
Any affiliate who's account looks unusually suspicious may
risk being terminated and all monies earned forfeited.
We will also share your details with other affiliate programs.
Illegal Sites
Do not associate any of our site or content with any warez,
file sharing sites, underage, beastiality or any other illegal
sites.
Chargebacks & Refunds
We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an
unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds and
withhold any or all monies owed.
Promotion
Do not promise anything to the surfer that we don't
advertise or support.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in
this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.
Disputes over our Rules
In the event of any dispute between affiliate and sponsor
regarding RegularCash.com Terms and Conditions, the
Webmaster of RegularCash.com decision is final. |
